When contacting support, please include as much relevant information as possible, such as:

* Your organization name
* The Monolith region or URL you are using
* The affected case number, evidence number, storage item, or user account
* A brief description of the issue
* Screenshots, error messages, or steps to reproduce the issue, when applicable

Providing this information helps Monolith Support review the request more quickly.

### Feature Requests

Monolith welcomes customer feedback and feature requests.

To submit a feature request, email:

When submitting a feature request, please include:

* The workflow you are trying to improve
* The current limitation or pain point
* The outcome you would like to achieve
* Any examples, screenshots, or related context that may help explain the request

Feature requests are reviewed by the Monolith team and considered alongside customer impact, product direction, implementation effort, and related requests from other customers.

### Urgent or Sensitive Issues

If your request involves account access, SSO, security, data access, production errors, or another sensitive issue, contact Monolith Support directly by email.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, private keys, API keys, or other sensitive credentials.
