Basic License Terms
Monolith is licensed on a per-user, annual basis.
For current pricing information, visit the Monolith Pricing Page.
User Provisioning
Your Monolith subscription includes a set number of active users.
For example, if your organization purchases Monolith with five active users, your tenant may have up to five active user accounts enabled at one time. Those users can access Monolith from supported browsers, desktop applications, and mobile devices.
Inactive users are not able to log in or access Monolith. If your team needs to adjust the number of active users on your subscription, contact Monolith Support.
User Accounts
Each Monolith user should have their own account.
Account sharing is not permitted under Monolith’s standard licensing terms. Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when there is a valid operational need.
License Expiration
If your organization chooses not to renew its Monolith subscription, your tenant may be placed into read-only mode.
In read-only mode, users may continue to access existing Monolith data, but they will no longer be able to add new data or edit existing records.
Monolith data will still be available for up to one year after subscription expiration. After that period, Monolith may permanently delete data that remains stored on Monolith systems.
Data Export
Your organization may request an export of its Monolith data at any time by contacting support@monolithforensics.com.
Data exports typically include:
A SQL dump of the Monolith database
A ZIP archive containing files uploaded to Monolith
Please allow up to two weeks for Monolith to prepare and deliver a data export.
